We Are Hiring for a Leading Facility Management Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Positions Available:
- Electrical Engineer
- Project Coordinator
- Cleaning Supervisor
- BMS Technician
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Job Descriptions:
1. Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and components. Ensure systems meet safety standards and regulations.
Qual/Exp:
The candidates must be BE/B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics)
Min 10 years in the field of maintenance, operation, contracting and facilities management in major projects and in the Gulf region.
2. Project Coordinator
Responsibilities: Oversee project timelines, manage resources, and ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate between teams and stakeholders.
Qual/Exp:
The candidates must be Diploma (Civil/Electrical/ Mechanical)
Min 10 years in the field of maintenance, operation, contracting and facilities management in major projects and in the Gulf region.
3. Cleaning Supervisor
Responsibilities: Supervise cleaning staff, ensure cleanliness standards are met, and manage cleaning schedules and supplies.
Qual/Exp:
The candidates must be holds certificates in hygiene BICS and Hotel Management.
4. BMS Technician
Responsibilities: Operate and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS). Troubleshoot and resolve BMS issues, ensure optimal system performance.
Qual/Exp:
The candidates must be Diploma (Electrical/ Electronics)
Min 3-5 years in instrumentation and controls equipment systems or other related equipment
