We are seeking talented professionals for prestigious catering projects with our esteemed client. If you have a passion for excellence in the catering industry, we invite you to explore the following positions:
🔹 Key Account Director
Minimum 15 years of experience in managing high-volume camp operations.
Strong financial acumen and proficiency in MS Office.
Middle East experience is preferred.
HACCP certification is a must.
🔹 Director of Operations
Minimum 20 years of experience managing multiple projects, preferably from premium catering institutions.
Excellent financial acumen and MS Office skills.
Middle East experience is an advantage.
HACCP certification is required.
🔹 QHSE Manager
Degree in Food Science/Food Technology.
Minimum 15 years of catering industry experience.
Strong financial acumen and MS Office knowledge.
Middle East experience is advantageous.
HACCP Level 4, Internal Audit, Food Safety Lead Auditor, or NEBOSH certification required.
🔹 Training Manager
Minimum 10 years of experience in catering, hotels, or food retail.
Proficient in MS Office with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Middle East experience is a plus.
Certification as a Train the Trainer or equivalent is preferred.
🔹 Catering Project Manager
Minimum 8 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or premium retail setting.
Strong cost management skills and MS Office proficiency.
Middle East experience is advantageous.
Current experience in a similar capacity with HACCP certification.
