✅ Maintenance Planner/Scheduler (Planning and Scheduling)
📌Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 4+ Years of Experience in as a Planner/Sheduler
Experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Knowledge of CPM, resource leveling, and EVM.
Strong analytical, organizational, & communication skills.
✅ MEP CAD Operator
📌 Degree in Drafting/Engineering Technology
5+ Years in MEP Drafting, MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing,electrical)
Produce MEP drawings using MicroStation
MicroStation CAD Tool Mandatory
✅ Architectural CAD Operator
📌 Degree in Architecture/Drafting/Design
5+ Years in Architectural CAD drafting
Develop architectural drawings and layouts using AutoCAD
AUTOCAD Tool is Mandatory
✅ Electrical Technician
📌Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance (hospital/building facilities preferred).
Perform preventive & corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment (LV, MV, HV).
Diagnose and repair faults in lighting, power distribution, panels, UPS, generators, etc.
✅ Instrument Technician
📌 Diploma/ITI in Instrumentation or Electronics
3–5 years’ experience in instrumentation maintenance (hospital/building facilities preferred).
Knowledge of sensors,transmitters,calibration,control loops.
Familiarity with BMS, Fire Alarm, HVAC controls, & building systems.
Troubleshoot and repair instruments (temperature, pressure, flow, level, humidity).
Support BMS, Fire Alarm, Nurse Call, and other hospital monitoring systems.
