Available Positions
The refinery is hiring for the following positions, each with specific qualifications and experience requirements:
- Mechanical Engineer (JRE30965)
- Qualification: Engineering Degree
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in mechanical maintenance and project execution
- Skills:
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and standards.
- Strong communication skills for both internal and external collaboration.
- Experience in using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is preferred.
- Lubrication Team Leader (JRE30964)
- Qualification: Relevant degree
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in sugar refineries or related industries (cement, steel, refinery, fertilizer)
- Skills:
- Proficiency with CMMS/SAP for maintenance tasks.
- Experience with conveyor belts, gearboxes, pumps, and compressors.
- Ability to lead lubrication activities and oversee lubrication tools (manual and automatic).
- Mechanical Technician (JRE30961)
- Qualification: Diploma in Automation, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical fields
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in industrial maintenance, preferably in heavy industry
- Skills:
- Proven customer management and deadline-meeting skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
