Nasser Overseas Consultants is urgently hiring experienced professionals for a short-term project in Saudi Arabia with a leading steel company. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals in quality control and inspection roles.
Available Positions and Requirements
1. QC NDT Inspector
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a related field.
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Certifications:
- ASNT NDT Level II, ANSI/ASNT CP-189 (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of UT (calibration, demonstration, testing & reporting).
- Knowledge of visual and NDT inspections.
- Skills: Familiarity with AWS, ASME, EN Standards, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Tools: Experience using inspection tools and reporting methods.
2. QA/QC Engineers
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in welding inspection and NDT report reviews.
- Qualification: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
- Certifications:
- AWS CWI, CSWIP 3.1, or equivalent welding certifications.
- NACE/CSWIP BGAS certifications preferred.
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead/Internal Auditor.
- Skills: Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in international standards (AWS, ASME, EN Standards).
3. QC Welding Inspector
- Experience: 3–5 years in welding inspection and NDT report reviews.
- Qualification: Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
- Certifications: ASNT NDT Level II, ANSI/ASNT CP-189 (or equivalent).
- Skills: Knowledge of visual and NDT inspections, AWS, ASME, and ISO 9001 standards.
4. QC Dimensional Inspector
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in visual and dimensional inspections.
- Qualification: Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of AWS D1.1, ASTM, EN Standards, and AISC.
- Proficient in using inspection tools, reporting methods, and AutoCAD software.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
