Open Positions
The following technician roles are currently available:
Mechanical Technician
Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems within facility management projects.
ELV / BMS Technician
Experience in Extra Low Voltage systems and Building Management Systems required.
HVAC Technician
Skilled in maintenance and servicing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Electrical Technician
Hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Fire Alarm / CCTV Technician
Experience in installation, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems and CCTV surveillance systems.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- ITI or Diploma qualification in relevant trade
- Minimum 5+ years of experience
- Experience in Facility Management (O&M) projects
- Good English communication skills
- GCC experience preferred
Applicants must be physically fit and ready for overseas deployment.
Key Skills Required
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshooting and system diagnostics
- Knowledge of facility management standards
- Team coordination and reporting skills
- Compliance with safety procedures
Technicians with hands-on experience in commercial buildings, industrial facilities, or large maintenance contracts will have an advantage.
