  1. Material Handling, Raw Material
    • Responsibilities: Furnace charging, control material balance, discharge raw materials, cut metal, and handle cast bars.
  2. Melting Operator
    • Responsibilities: Control combustion system, manage molten metal quality, temperature, flow, dross removal, slag management, sampling, and analysis.
  3. Cast Wheel Operator
    • Responsibilities: Manage casting processes, adjust systems, maintain equipment, and ensure proper molten metal and cooling conditions.
  4. Rolling Operator
    • Responsibilities: Manage rolling processes, bar removal, lubrication, quality checks, and shearing activities.
  5. Control Room Operator
    • Responsibilities: Control line parameters, check alarms, and manage casting wheel and line operations.
  6. Coiler & Packaging Operator
    • Responsibilities: Check coiler operation, ensure uniform coils, monitor rod surface, notify changes, label, weigh, wrap, and transport finished coils.
  7. Refractory Operator
    • Responsibilities: Install and maintain refractory materials for Tundish, launders, shaft, and holding.

Job Description:

Bahra Electric Group, a leading manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking qualified and experienced professionals for various technical roles at their new Copper Rod Plant (Copper Continuous Casting). These positions are critical for the plant’s operations, focusing on key areas like material handling, melting, casting, rolling, and packaging processes.

Positions Available:

  • Material Handling & Raw Material Operators: Responsible for managing raw materials and furnace operations.
  • Melting and Cast Wheel Operators: Focused on controlling the melting process and ensuring the quality of the casting.
  • Rolling and Coiler Operators: Manage the rolling and coiling of copper rods, ensuring uniformity and quality.
  • Control Room Operators: Oversee the entire production process from the control room, managing alarms and system parameters.
  • Refractory Operators: Specialized in maintaining and installing refractory materials essential for the manufacturing process.
