- Qualifications: High School, BOP Certified, Stuck Pipe Certified.
- Experience: 6 years in drilling operations.
- Skills: Spoken and written English.
- Derrickmen
- Experience: 4 years in drilling operations.
- Skills: Spoken and written English.
- Floormen
- Experience: 2 years in drilling operations.
- Skills: Spoken and written English.
- Roustabout Foremen
- Experience: Minimum 4 years rig experience and 1 year as Roustabout Foreman.
- Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English.

- Qualifications: AWS D1.1 Qualification.
- Experience: Experience in rig project.
