RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR 1 RM. 2,100

General Terms & Conditions:

1. Visa, food, accommodation, and transport are provided free by the company.
2. Working Hours will be 12 hours per day/28 days per month.
3. Every calendar month, two (2) Days will be off days. Alternative off days as allocated by the Supervisor.
4. Every month, standard RM 100 Levy charges will be a deduction from every month’s salary for each employee.
5. The company will provide yearly once two (2) Sets of uniforms that need to be maintained by the employee.
6. The medical allowance per year is RM 300. In case the medical expense exceeds the limit, we will deduct it from the employee’s salary.
7. Skin allergy, dental and genetic illness will not be under the medical allowance. Need to be borne by the workers on their own.
8. Once in 2 years, Two-way flight tickets will be free.
9. For Medical leave, the employee needs to provide a medical certificate from the government hospital or company’s panel clinic.
10. Everyone must be responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant and accommodation area.
11. The company prohibits smoking, drugs, liquor drinking, and fighting at restaurant & accommodation premises. Management will take strict disciplinary action. Workers must maintain personal cleanliness.
12. No one may use the grocery items and raw cooking items without the manager’s permission.
13. Workers must follow safe work practices as per local standards by the company.
