Job Description:
- Provide operational stability for property-based technology.
- Resolve complex problems in consultation with senior IT resources.
- Assist in maintaining ACCOR IT standard guidelines.
- Monitor all recovery systems (tape backup, virus protection).
- Provide escalated support to Technology Services staff.
- Offer after-hours pager support.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support role in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Opera System, Symphony, and MS Office applications.
- Oral and written fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Ability to configure hardware, software, and networks.
- Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Network management skills and troubleshooting abilities.
