| Project Manager | B.E Mechanical with 15+ years of Oil & Gas experience. |
| Construction Manager | B.E Mechanical with 12-15 years of Oil & Gas experience. |
| HSE Manager | Degree in Engineering or Science with Nebosh IGC or Equivalent (Adnoc approved preferred). Minimum 12-15 years experience. |
| Manager – Quality | Graduate in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering with Lead Assessor ISO 9001, 2015, 20+ years experience. |
| Head – E&I | B.E Mechanical with 15+ years in Oil & Gas Construction. |
| Engineer – Planning | B.E Mechanical with 10+ years of Oil & Gas experience. |
| Engineer – Project | B.E Mechanical with 10+ years of Oil & Gas Construction experience. |
| Engineer – Civil | B.E Civil with 10+ years of Oil & Gas experience. |
| Foremen (Civil/Piping/Pipeline) | Relevant experience in the respective discipline. |
