- Assistant Managers
- Qualifications: Graduate Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 14-16 years, with experience in Rolling Mill Projects & Maintenance.
- Engineer Coordinators / Senior Supervisors (Level-1)
- Qualifications: Graduate Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 12-15 years, with 6-10 years in senior positions in Rolling Mill Projects & Maintenance.
- Associate Manager / Assistant Area in Charge / Senior Supervisors (Level-3)
- Qualifications: Graduate Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 15-20 years, with extensive experience in Rolling Mill Projects & Maintenance.
- Senior Engineer / Senior Coordinators / Senior Supervisors (Level-2)
- Qualifications: Graduate Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 10-14 years, with relevant experience in Rolling Mill Projects & Maintenance.
- Assistant Engineer / GET / Supervisors
- Qualifications: Graduate Mechanical Engineer/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 3-5 years, with exposure to Rolling Mill Projects & Maintenance.
- Associate / Sr. Technicians
- Qualifications: ITI/NCVT Certificate/Relevant Diploma.
- Experience: 12-15 years, with relevant experience in Mechanical Maintenance.
- Sr. Associate / JET / Jr. Supervisors
- Qualifications: Diploma/Graduate Mechanical Engineer.
- Experience: 6-10 years, with expertise in various plant operations and maintenance.
- Jr. Associate / Technician
- Qualifications: ITI/Relevant Diploma.
- Experience: 8-10 years, with relevant experience in plant maintenance.
