Key Requirements:
- 5+ years Gulf/Israel-relevant experience in construction (rebar, finishing, electrical)
- Ability to read technical drawings/plans
- Team leadership for 10-20 workers
- Age 25-45, physically fit for site work (climbing, supervision)
- Basic safety/Hebrew training advantage (free via NSDC)
Salary & Benefits: Competitive (INR 1.25-1.5 lakhs/month based on role/exp.), free food/accommodation, medical insurance, 2-year contracts renewable, airfare, as per Israel-India MoU (Modi 2023 visit).
