- Education: B.Com Degree.
- Experience: 5+ years in accounts at a contracting company.
- Skills: Computer literacy (Tally, Excel, etc.).
- HVAC Technician
- Education: ITI (NCVT) in Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning.
- Experience: 5–10 years in maintaining:
- Package Units (7.5+ Ton), Central Ducted Split Units (5+ Ton).
- Chilled Water Systems/Chillers.
- Trade Assistant (AC)
- Education: ITI (NCVT) in Electrician or Air-Conditioning.
- Experience: 2–3 years in MEP contracting (projects/maintenance).
