- Minimum 5 years of experience in a catering or hotel environment
🔹 Cook (Western Cuisine)
- Experience in preparing Western dishes
- Strong understanding of Western culinary styles
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a 4/5-star hotel or catering industry
🔹 Waiter
- Experience in food and beverage service
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
🔹 Continental Chef
- Expertise in preparing Continental cuisine
- Strong understanding of sauces, baking, and European dishes
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a 4/5-star hotel or catering industry
🔹 Kitchen Equipment Technician
- Experience in maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical components
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
🔹 Supervisor Laundry
- Experience in managing laundry operations
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals and fabric care
- Ability to manage and train a team
Candidate Requirements
