Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the steel industry is required.
- Qualification: Candidates must hold a B.Tech, BE, Diploma, or an equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.
- Age: Preferred age range is 30 to 45 years.
- Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge in electrical engineering.
- Experience in steel plant maintenance.
- Proficient in maintenance planning and execution.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Competency in critical analysis and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Control and oversee the electrical teams to ensure proactive maintenance and the provision of cost-effective services that align with corporate objectives.
- Reliability Improvement: Enhance equipment reliability by reducing mean time between failures (MTBF) and mean time to repair (MTTR).
- Collaboration: Work closely with all operation departments and section supervisors to integrate and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Management: Implement and oversee maintenance programs, monitor equipment performance, and develop comprehensive plans to meet reliability targets.
