  • Certification in aviation safety and security (e.g., IATA or ICAO courses).

2. Training Manager

• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or Aviation Management.
  • Relevant certifications like Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in aviation or ground services.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and ground operations.
  • Certification in aviation-related training programs (e.g., IATA, ICAO).

3. QHSE Supervisor

• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Certification in QHSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISO 45001).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably in aviation or ground operations.
  • Expertise in implementing safety programs and compliance with regulatory standards.
