Senior Supervisors
- Experience: 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze production processes and implement improvements.
- Responsibilities: Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards, supervise and train production staff including Operator Technicians to ensure quality and productivity.
Quality Control
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Inspect ductwork components and systems for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Responsibilities: Knowledge of quality control principles, including inspection techniques and testing methods, conduct regular audits & inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Operator Technicians
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in duct fabrication.
- Skills: Operate machinery and equipment to fabricate ductwork components, following specifications and blueprints.
- Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance on equipment, ensuring optimal performance, basic knowledge of ductwork fabrication techniques & materials, attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Duct Fabricator Technicians
- Experience: Relevant experience in duct fabrication.
- Skills: Operating and knowledge of machinery (plasma cutting, roller, shear, bender).
- Responsibilities: Fabricate ductwork with precision and efficiency.
