- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical Engineering)
- Experience: 8 years of work experience in the cement industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Superintendent
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Chemical/Mechanical Engineering)
- Experience: 8 years of operational experience in a cement plant, with at least 5 years in a senior supervisory, preferably managerial, role.
- Inspector Engineer – Electrical & Instrumentation
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics Engineering)
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in inspection and planning activities in the field maintenance work of a cement plant.
