Job Openings and Requirements:
1. MEP Supervisor
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma (02-03 years) in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 10-12 years in MEP supervision (UAE/GCC preferred)
- Skills: Troubleshooting mechanical/electrical plumbing systems
2. MEP Technician
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma (02-03 years) in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 5-8 years in MEP Technician roles
3. Senior HVAC Technician
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma (02-03 years) in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Experience: 6-10 years with HVAC troubleshooting skills
4. HVAC Technician
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma (02-03 years) in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Experience: 3-5 years in HVAC maintenance
5. Chiller Technician
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma (02-03 years)
- Experience: 3-5 years with centrifugal chillers and troubleshooting
6. Electrician
- Qualification: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics
- Experience: 4+ years in facility management
7. Painter
- Experience: 2+ years in civil construction; basic English communication required
8. Mason
- Experience: 2+ years in masonry and maintenance
9. Furniture Carpenter
- Qualification: Secondary School Level
- Experience: 3+ years with tools, spare parts, and reading/writing skills
10. Plumber
- Experience: 1-year plumbing certification + 4 years of plumbing work experience
11. Asst AC Mechanic
- Qualification: Diploma/ITI in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Experience: 3+ years in split units and package systems
