| QC/QA Engineer – Civil | 5 years of experience + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. |
| Foreman | 3 years of experience + ITI Technician certification. |
| Mechanical Engineer | 5 years of experience + BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. |
| Plumber | 5 years of experience + Diploma in Plumbing. |
| Painter | 5 years of experience (High School or Diploma preferable). |
| QA/QC Civil Engineer | 5 years of experience + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. |
| QA/QC Electrical Engineer | 5 years of experience + Bachelor’s degree and certification as an Electrical Engineer. |
| QA/QC Mechanical Engineer | 3 years of experience + BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. |
| Safety Officer | 5 years of experience + SSC certification. |
| Janitorial Supervisor | 3 years of experience + Bachelor’s degree with good communication skills. |
| Maintenance Supervisor | 8 years of experience + Degree/Diploma with Gold Card certification. |
| Civil Site Engineer | 5 years of experience + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. |
