Position:
- Insulation Inspector
Experience: Min. 5+ years in the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical sector
Expertise: Handling insulation projects with Aerogel Insulation
Certification: Frosio Level 3 – Insulation Inspector
Key Responsibilities:
Review and ensure compliance with project specifications and ITPs
Verify isometric drawings and insulation/fireproofing documentation
Monitor weather conditions before initiating work
Ensure the use of approved insulation materials and accessories
Conduct inspections, verify surface preparation, and oversee proper application of insulation layers
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including ITPs, Method Statements, MARs, MTCs, and NCRs
Conduct inspections, clear punch lists, and ensure final project closeout approval
