Production Process Engineer
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Must have 5 years’ exp. in a similar role in a large process industry
- Experience of working with automated equipment and instrumentation, Conveying system, Control panel
- Ensure production maintenance operation is managed during his shift to meet the internal customer requirement ensuring adherence to the defined safety and quality standards
- Ensure coordination on the execution of planned preventive maintenance task to ensure equipment operates as required
- Ensure review of the equipment deficiencies & take corrective action
- Ensure the identification and achievement of maintenance technician training and development to ensure required skills inventory is in place
Production Supervisor (Retail Packing)
- Managing daily packing operations to meet production targets and quality specifications, ensuring products are packed according to customer requirements
- This role involves monitoring packing efficiency, identifying areas for improvement, and reducing product losses during the packing process
- The Production Supervisor will provide performance reports, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions to enhance product quality and reduce waste
- Additionally, the role includes developing and implementing SOPs, training staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
- The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead a team and work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related discipline
- 3 years’ exp. in a similar position within a meat production environment
Production Supervisor (Abattoir)
- Supporting production performance by managing daily slaughter operations in alignment with production targets and budget
- This role involves monitoring the entire slaughter process, ensuring adherence to Meat Production standards, and identifying opportunities to reduce losses at different stages
- The Production Supervisor will analyze production data, report variances, and take corrective actions to improve product quality and efficiency
- Additionally, the role includes the development and implementation of SOPs, staff training on best practices, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining clear communication with both the team and management
- Must have 3 years’ experience in a similar position within a meat production environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related discipline
- Experience in finalizing and implementing the daily Production plan with Production Management
Production Supervisor (Deboning / Trimming)
- Overseeing the efficient operation of the deboning and trimming processes with production targets and budget
- This role involves monitoring production lines, analyzing product performance, and identifying areas to reduce waste and increase yield
- The Production Supervisor will also report variances, develop corrective actions, and implement improvements to meet Meat Production standards
- Additionally, the role includes creating and enforcing SOPs, conducting staff training, and ensuring a safe and compliant working environment
- The ideal candidate should have strong people management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain effective communication across all levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related discipline
- 3 years’ exp. in a similar position within a Meat production environment
Team Leader Production (Deboning / Trimming)
- Diploma in Food Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position within a meat processing/production environment
- Experience in finalizing and implementing the daily Production plan with Production Management team regarding production & maintenance activities
Team Leader Production (Retail Packing)
- Diploma in Food Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position within a meat processing/production environment
