| Section In-Charges / Department In-Charges | 2,000 – 2,500 |
| Maintenance In-Charges (HVAC, Chillers, Refrigeration, MEP) | 2,000 – 2,500 |
| 3D Designer + AutoCAD Draftsman | 2,000 – 3,000 |
| Leasing Executives (Retail & Commercial Leasing) | 1,600 – 2,000 |
| Facility Coordinators (Only Qatar Return Candidates) | 1,800 – 2,200 |
