Key Requirements
- Minimum 3-7 years experience in the same field
- Qualification: ITI / SSC / Diploma / Degree / Graduate / Civil Engineering
- Experience in RMS / CMS, pumps, alarms, FM200, CO2 systems
- Operation & maintenance of power generators (ICAO standards)
- Supervisory pavement maintenance ensuring quality & safety compliance
- HVAC systems operation, reading technical drawings
- Cleaning operations knowledge including chemicals & equipment
- Maintenance in commercial buildings, hospitals, towers
- Install & maintain PBX, VoIP, telephone systems
