Job Responsibilities
- Soft Services Managers: Oversees delivery of all soft services (cleaning, housekeeping, security, landscaping, waste).
- Cleaning Supervisor: Plans daily cleaning, allocates staff, ensures HSE, audits client meetings, and reports issues.
- Housekeeping Supervisor: Manages housekeeping standards, guest/VIP/office areas, controls linen, and prepares schedules.
- Security Supervisor: Supervises guards, patrols, access control, incident reporting, and manages rosters.
- Landscaping Supervisor: Plans landscaping, irrigation, turf and plant care, pest control, seasonal planting, and equipment upkeep.
- Housing/Facility Inspector: Conducts facility/unit inspections, records defects, raises corrective work orders.
- Facilities Coordinator/Administrator: Handles CAFM/work order entries, documentation, vendor coordination, and prepares reports.
- Soft Services Team Leader: Leads small teams, assigns duties, monitors quality, and reports issues to supervisors.
- Gardener/Landscaper: Performs mowing, pruning, planting, fertilizing, irrigation checks, and maintains landscapes.
- Store Keeper: Manages receipt, issuance, tracking of materials, ensures safe storage, and performs stock counts.
- Cleaning Equipment Operator: Operates ride-on/hand scrubbers, sweepers, vacuums, and ensures safe machine use.
- Daily Maintenance Operator: Operates ride-on/hand scrubbers, sweepers, vacuums, and ensures safe machine use.
