Available Positions :

Project Manager

• Salary: 3,500 – 4,000 USD
• Requirements: B.Tech & B.E. Degree in Civil Engineering, Minimum 15 Years Experience GULF.
• Responsibilities: Project Planning & Scheduling, Prepare detailed execution plans for hotel, building & stadium construction (structural, MEP, interior works), and finishing works. Ensure project delivery within time, budget, and quality standards.

Construction Manager

• Salary: 3,000 – 3,500 USD
• Requirements: B.Tech & B.E. Degree in Civil Engineering, Minimum 15 Years Experience GULF.
• Responsibilities: Oversee and manage large-scale stadium construction projects from planning to handover. Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure project delivery within time, budget, and quality standards. Manage procurement, scheduling, and progress monitoring. Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and international construction standards. Regular reporting to senior management and stakeholders.

Civil QA/QC Engineer

• Salary: 2,000 – 2,500 USD
• Requirements: B.Tech & B.E. Degree in Civil Engineering, Minimum 15 Years Experience GULF.
• Responsibilities: Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures as per project specifications, codes, and standards. Ensure all construction activities (concrete, steel, finishing, MEP integration) comply with project requirements. Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials, structural works, and finishes. Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents including inspection reports, material submittals, method statements, and test reports. Maintain records of calibration certificates and testing equipment. Issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up on corrective/preventive actions.
• Age Limit: 50

Civil Engineer

• Salary: 1,800 – 2,000 USD
• Requirements: B.Tech & B.E. Degree in Civil Engineering, Minimum 15 Years Experience GULF.
• Responsibilities: Supervise and execute civil works for stadium structures (foundation, RCC, steel, seating). Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of construction activities. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and MEP teams for smooth project execution. Manage manpower, subcontractors, and materials efficiently. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and ensure compliance with standards. Expertise in grandstands, turf, drainage, lighting, and large-span structures.
