Available Positions and Requirements :

1. Quantity Surveyor (Q/S) – Civil / Architectural
   • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
   • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil and architectural works
   • Strong experience in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and measurement
   • Ability to read and interpret civil & architectural drawings and specifications
   • Proficient in AutoCAD / Revit / BIM and MS Excel (quantity take-off tools are an advantage)
   • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
   • Ability to manage multiple tasks and project documentation efficiently
2. Contracts / Procurement Civil Engineers
   • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
   • Minimum 5 years’ experience in contracts & procurement with Quantity Surveying background in civil and architectural construction projects
   • Strong experience in tendering, procurement, and document management
   • Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
   • Strong experience in procurement, contract administration, & variation orders (Vos)
   • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
   • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
   • Ability to manage multiple tenders and project documentation efficiently
3. Senior Electrical & Mechanical Procurement Contract Engineers
   • Prepare tender documentation for inviting bids from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring alignment with project requirements
   • Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
   • Conduct detailed analysis of techno-commercial proposals
   • Lead contract negotiations and allocate work to contractors/subcontractors
   • Prepare, review & issue Contracts and Purchase orders incorporating mutually agreed terms & conditions
   • Coordinate and track approval process for material submittals and shop drawings
   • Monitor subcontractor progress on-site in collaboration with the site team
   • Coordinate with suppliers to monitor deliveries & ensure timely material supply
   • Facilitate processing of contractor invoices, payment certificates, and ensure timely closure of contracts
   • Update and follow up project status using Procore / project Management Software
   • Track project costs to ensure adherence to budget and successful project delivery
   • Conduct studies on cost-saving and energy-efficient measures
   • Complete final order reconciliation and close purchase orders
