Requirements :
- Minimum 3-7 years experience in the same field (airport/high-rise/hospital maintenance preferred)
- Qualifications: ITI/SSC/Diploma/Degree/Graduate/Civil Engineering
- Execute and control reactive pavement maintenance (RMS)/CMS
- Operate and maintain fire protection systems (sprinklers, hydrants, fire pumps, alarms, FM200, CO2)
- Operation and maintenance of power generators, ensure compliance with ICAO standards
- Supervise pavement maintenance activities, ensure work quality and safety compliance
- Supervise power generation systems, ensure reliable operation and maintenance
- Operate and maintain HVAC systems, read and interpret technical drawings
- Manage cleaning teams and site operations, with knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Maintenance work in commercial buildings, hospitals, towers, perform routine inspections and repair
- Install and maintain PBX, VoIP, and telephone systems, ensure safety and operational compliance
