Urgent Engineering & Project Management Jobs in Oman 2026 – Global Energy Group
A prominent global integrated energy investment group operating in Oman (with presence in 17 countries) is urgently hiring experienced professionals for key engineering and project management roles in the Oil & Gas sector. The company covers the full value chain from exploration and production to marketing and distribution of end-user products.
These are high-level positions requiring extensive experience in oil & gas, renewables, and mega projects.
Available Positions:
- Advisor Power and Renewables (JRE/33186/2025)
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management PMP, Master’s preferred
- 4+ years relevant experience in similar positions (TA-1/TA-2) in Electrical Engineering
- Focus on power generation and renewable energy projects
- Extensive experience in oil & gas, gas networks, refineries, petrochemical complexes, NGLE, LPG, methanol, ammonia, urea facilities
- Power plant design, operation, maintenance experience of 200 MW or higher
- GIS 220/132/33 kV experience, handling transformers 50 MVA+ with On-Load Tap Changers (OLTCs)
- Green/ Brownfield PMC, Construction, Commissioning experience
- Advisor Front End Loading & Engineering (JRE/33185/2025)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 14+ years experience in design and execution of projects in upstream and downstream hydrocarbon industries, renewable energy at relevant position
- Experience in concept, design, and delivery of mega projects (international preferred)
- Strong general management, resource control, contract management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, multi-cultural sensitivity, computer literate (MS Office)
- Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and team accountability skills
