- Plumber – Qty: 50 | Salary: AED 1,500 – 2,500
- Multi Technician – Qty: 20 | Salary: AED 1,800 – 2,500
- CCTV Technician – Qty: 30 | Salary: AED 1,500 – 2,000
- Wall Painter – Qty: 20 | Salary: AED 1,500 – 2,000
- Mason – Qty: 20 | Salary: AED 1,200 – 1,800
- Carpenter (Finishing) – Qty: 20 | Salary: AED 1,600 – 3,000
- Cleaner – Qty: 10 | Salary: AED 800 – 1,000

Key Requirements :
- For Sr. 1 to 5 (HVAC, Electrician, Plumber, Multi Technician, CCTV Technician): ITI / Diploma + Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance.
