Key Engineering Positions & Requirements (JRE Codes) :

All roles require a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degrees preferred), strong English communication, and proven expertise in refinery/petrochemical processes.

Delayed Coker / Visbreaker Plant Specialist (JRE/33234/2026) Min. 15 years experience in delayed coker/visbreaker operations. Proficiency in turnaround planning (Prometheus, ROSER, Primavera P6), SAP, ASME/API standards, performance improvements, and turnaround management.
Process Simulation & Optimization Engineer (JRE/33228/2026) Min. 15 years (20 preferred) in process simulation/modeling (Aspen HYSYS, etc.). Expertise in refinery flowsheet simulation, mass/energy balances, and advanced process control.
Process Engineer – Sulfur Recovery (JRE/33233/2026) Min. 15 years in SRU/SWS/TGTU plants. Hands-on experience in SRU operations, troubleshooting, start-up/shutdown, and performance metrics.
Process Engineer – Utilities & Tank Farm (JRE/33232/2026) Min. 15 years in utilities (water desalination, boilers, steam systems). Expertise in utilities design, operations, and performance improvements.
Maintenance Engineering Specialist (JRE/33231/2026) Min. 10 years in downstream oil & gas maintenance. Strong knowledge of risk-based maintenance, CMMS, planning, scheduling, and reliability-centered maintenance.
Turnaround Engineer (JRE/33230/2026) Min. 12 years in refinery/petrochemical turnaround execution. Proficiency in SAP and planning shutdowns/outages.
Instrumentation Engineer (JRE/33226/2026) Min. 12 years in refining/oil & gas instrumentation. Familiar with API, BS, ISO, ASME, ANSI, IEC, IEEE standards.
Technology Consultant (JRE/33225/2026) Min. 10–15 years as Technology Consultant. Experience in scouting, introducing, and deploying new technologies in refining/petrochemicals.
Analyzer Engineer (JRE/33223/2026) Min. 12 years in analyzer systems for refining/oil & gas. Proficiency in codes/standards and troubleshooting.
