A leading overseas recruitment company has announced urgent job openings in the UAE for experienced professionals in Heavy Lifting and Equipment Planning. Online interviews are currently in progress for petrochemical and oil refining plant projects, including shutdown and turnaround activities.
This opportunity is ideal for senior mechanical engineers with extensive experience in critical and heavy lifting operations within the oil and gas sector.
Job Title :
Heavy Lifting & Equipment Plan Coordinator
Qualification & Experience :
- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong working knowledge of planning tools such as Primavera P6
- 12 to 15 years of experience in Heavy and Critical Lifting
- Proven experience in Oil & Gas Projects and Turnaround activities
Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and monitor heavy crane positioning requirements
- Develop heavy rigging plans for all critical lifting activities
- Review and approve individual contractor rigging plans
- Monitor mobilization of heavy equipment and operators and maintain records
- Develop site mobilization plans and provide feedback for schedule development
- Review contractor submissions for resources including staff and equipment for turnaround projects
- Compare submissions with TAR specifications, identify mismatches, and approve after rectification
- Coordinate site HSE audits to ensure zero incidents
