A new overseas recruitment drive has been announced for multiple industrial construction project jobs in Oman. Skilled professionals in electrical, instrumentation, HVAC, welding, and engineering disciplines are invited to attend a face-to-face client interview in Mumbai.

These positions are part of large industrial construction projects in the Oman energy and infrastructure sector.

Electrical & Instrumentation Jobs
The following positions are open:
- Industrial Electricians (Glanding & Termination) – 65 positions
- Instrument Technicians (Installation) – 20 positions
- Instrument Fitters – 20 positions
- Cable Tray Fitters – 37 positions
These roles require strong experience in electrical installation and instrumentation systems in industrial projects.
Mechanical & Construction Jobs
Candidates with construction and fabrication experience can apply for the following roles:
- Riggers / Scaffolders – 10 positions
- Structural Welders (3G / 4G) – 30 positions
These positions require experience working on structural steel fabrication and heavy lifting operations.
HVAC & Maintenance Jobs
Professionals experienced in HVAC installation and maintenance are also required.
- HVAC Technicians (Maintenance) – 35 positions
Candidates should have ITI qualifications, basic English knowledge, and experience troubleshooting central plants, chillers, package units, and ductable split systems.
Engineering & Supervisory Positions
Several engineering roles are also open:
- Instrument Engineers (Installation) – 5 positions
- Electrical Engineers (Installation) – 7 positions
- HVAC Engineers (Installation) – 5 positions
- MEP Planning Engineer – 3 positions
- QC Inspectors (E&I) – 3 positions

These roles require strong technical knowledge and project execution experience in industrial construction environments.
Quantity Surveyor Positions
Two specialized roles are available for project cost control and estimation:
- Quantity Surveyor – E&I (3 positions)
- Quantity Surveyor – Electrical (MEP) (3 positions)
Candidates should have relevant project planning and cost estimation experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements.
Experience
- Engineers and supervisors: 5 to 12 years of experience
- Technicians: 3 to 7 years of experience
Candidates must have experience in:
- Power plants
- Steel plants
- Oil & gas projects
- Industrial construction projects
Educational Qualifications
Qualifications depend on the position but may include:
- Engineering Degree
- Diploma in Engineering
- ITI certification for technician roles
Additional certifications like NEBOSH are required for HSE officer positions.
