The company is currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Material Controller / Material Expediter – 05 Vacancies
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects
- At least 3–5 years of GCC experience in material expediting
- Experience in tracking materials, equipment, and vendor deliveries
- Strong knowledge of purchase order monitoring and delivery schedules
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, procurement teams, and site teams
- Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
2. Vendor Coordinator – 04 Vacancies
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects
- At least 3–5 years of GCC experience in vendor coordination
- Experience handling vendor documentation and material delivery schedules
- Ability to monitor vendor progress and maintain vendor registers
- Coordination with engineering and procurement teams for smooth project execution
- Fluency in English communication
3. Local Purchaser – 02 Vacancies
Qualification:
Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects
- Minimum 5+ years of GCC experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of local vendor sourcing and purchase order management
- Experience in purchasing plant equipment, machinery, and vehicles in Qatar
- Good English communication skills
4. Document Controller – 03 Vacancies
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects
- At least 3 years of GCC experience in a similar role
- Ability to manage technical documents, drawings, and project correspondence
- Experience with MS Office and document management software
- Knowledge of Aconex or EDMS systems preferred
- Qatar Petroleum (QP) project experience preferred
- Strong English communication skills
5. Piping Supervisor – 12 Vacancies
Qualification:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
- 10–12 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in a similar role
- Ability to read and understand piping and hydrotesting drawings
- Knowledge of P&ID diagrams
- Must hold PTW Applicant / Receiver certification
- Good English communication skills
Additional Requirements
- Engineers and Inspectors must have a BE Degree with ECNR Passport
- Supervisors and Foremen must hold a Diploma qualification
- Technicians must have ITI with valid education and experience certificates
- Gulf Oil & Gas experience is mandatory
