Job Responsibilities:
- Manage PPM activities, data entry, and monthly reporting
- Handle purchase requests and material enquiries
- Prepare and submit site reports to clients
- Manage calls and communication
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
2. Fire Alarm Technician
Requirements:
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics
- 3–5 years of experience in installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance
- Ability to coordinate between office, site engineers, and clients
- Experience with software like Maximo, CAFM, SAP preferred
3. Fire Fighting Technician
Requirements:
- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in fire protection systems
- Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Knowledge of systems like sprinklers, loop testers, and fire safety equipment
- Familiarity with brands such as Edwards, Honeywell, Notifier, Gent, Bosch, or Cooper
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate / ITI / Diploma (Mechanical or relevant field)
- Age: 28+ (Married candidates preferred)
- Relevant technical experience required
- Good communication and practical knowledge
