Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates for EPC and construction projects
- Analyze BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and project requirements
- Handle tendering processes and bid submissions
- Evaluate project costs, risks, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with project and procurement teams
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
- Minimum 10 years of experience in estimation and tendering
- Experience in EPC or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQs, and methodologies
- Proficiency in CANDY, MS Excel, MS Office, and estimation tools
- Understanding of contractual principles and risk pricing
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines
- Minimum 3 years of GCC experience required
