Job Overview
Job Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Position: Civil Proposal / Estimation Engineer
Working Hours: 9 Hours per day, 5 Days a week
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates and proposals for civil engineering projects
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and BOQs
- Coordinate with project teams for accurate estimation
- Evaluate material, labor, and equipment costs
- Support tendering and bidding processes
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in proposal/estimation
- At least 5 years of Gulf experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of EPC and construction project estimation
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: RO 700–850
- Food or food allowance provided
