Marine Crew Coordinator
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in marine/offshore crewing
- Knowledge of STCW and marine certification
- Familiarity with crew management processes
Marine Recruitment Supervisor
- Bachelor’s Degree (HR / Business / Marine preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years recruitment experience
- At least 3+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of STCW and seafarer certifications
- Experience with recruitment agencies and ATS systems
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- GCC experience is mandatory
