Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for Bahrain shutdown vacancies should meet the following requirements:

Experience

  • Shutdown project experience is mandatory
  • Maintenance experience in refineries and petrochemical plants preferred
  • Previous Gulf shutdown experience will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of industrial safety procedures and maintenance standards

Qualification Requirements

Mechanical Supervisors & Foremen

  • Relevant mechanical qualification
  • Experience in columns, vessels, and shutdown maintenance activities

QC Inspectors

  • Diploma in relevant engineering discipline
  • CSWIP certification required
  • Experience in inspection and quality assurance activities

Safety Officers

  • NEBOSH certification required
  • Experience in refinery and shutdown safety management

Welders

  • Valid welding qualifications and experience
  • Expertise in TIG welding, ARC welding, Incoloy, and Alloy Steel materials

Riggers

  • Experience in lifting operations and rigging activities
  • Understanding of safety regulations and load handling procedures
