Available Positions
1. Senior Technician – Mechanical
Job Requirements
- Experience working on industrial motors ranging from 2,000 HP up to 25,000 HP.
- Strong knowledge of motor maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul procedures.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical faults and perform corrective actions.
2. Senior Technician – Electrical
Job Requirements
- Experience in testing motors up to 10,000 HP.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, and testing equipment.
- Ability to perform electrical inspections and troubleshooting.
3. Technician – Mechanical
Job Requirements
- Experience in repairing motors up to 10,000 HP.
- Understanding of mechanical assemblies, bearings, shafts, and motor components.
- Ability to perform maintenance and repair work independently.
4. Technician – Painting
Job Requirements
- Industrial painting experience.
- Knowledge of surface preparation, coating systems, and painting techniques.
- Experience working in industrial manufacturing or maintenance environments.
5. Technician – Winding
Job Requirements
- Experience in motor winding operations for motors up to 10,000 HP.
- Knowledge of rewinding procedures and insulation systems.
- Ability to inspect and repair winding components.
6. Technician – Testing
Job Requirements
- Experience testing motors up to 5,000 HP.
- Familiarity with motor performance testing and quality procedures.
- Ability to analyze testing results and prepare reports.
7. Assistant Technician – Electrical
Job Requirements
- Direct motor testing experience with motors up to 2,000 HP.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to assist senior technicians during testing and maintenance activities.
Qualification Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical disciplines.
- Minimum 3–4 years of mandatory experience in the Motor Department.
- Strong technical knowledge related to the position applied for.
- Ability to work in industrial and maintenance environments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Candidates with experience in large industrial motors, generators, power plants, manufacturing facilities, or heavy engineering industries will be preferred.
