Experience Requirements
Candidates applying for these positions should have:
- Minimum 1 to 5 years of scaffolding experience
- Basic understanding of scaffolding materials and safety procedures

- GCC experience preferred but not mandatory
Special Requirement for Scaffolder Helper
- Must have basic knowledge of scaffolding work
- Ability to assist scaffolders during erection and dismantling activities
- Knowledge of safety practices is an advantage
Job Responsibilities
Scaffolder
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely
- Inspect scaffolding components before installation
- Follow site safety regulations and work permits
- Ensure proper stability and safety of scaffolding systems
Junior Scaffolder
- Assist senior scaffolders in installation activities
- Handle scaffolding materials and equipment
- Follow supervisor instructions and safety procedures
Scaffolder Helper
- Support scaffolding teams on site
- Load, unload, and arrange scaffolding materials
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
