Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / Technical Qualification in relevant trade
- Additional certifications will be an advantage
Experience Required
- Relevant experience in maintenance, facility management, or industrial projects
- Good technical knowledge of HVAC, BMS, Fire Alarm, Plumbing, Electrical, and Plant Room systems
- Gulf experience preferred but not mandatory

Job Responsibilities
HVAC Positions
- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems
- Preventive maintenance and repair activities
BMS Positions
- Monitor and operate Building Management Systems
- Handle alarms, reports, and system controls
Fire Alarm Positions
- Maintenance and operation of fire alarm systems
- Inspection and testing of safety equipment
Plant Room Positions
- Operation and maintenance of pumps, chillers, and plant equipment
- Monitoring plant performance and safety procedures
