Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess the required qualifications and certifications based on the position applied for.
Some of the key requirements include:
- Chief Mates – Equivalent Master qualifications.
- Chief Engineers – Class 1 Certificate of Competency as Marine Chief Engineer.
- Second Engineers – Equivalent Chief Engineer requirements.
- Third Engineers – Marine Engineer CoC / STCW Engineering Certification.
- ETO – ETO CoC or equivalent with marine electrical/electronic systems experience.
- Able Seaman – STCW Basic Safety Training with AB Certificate preferred.
- Ordinary Seaman – STCW Basic Safety Training preferred.
- Messman – Previous Mess Boy experience at sea.
- Barge Masters – Relevant barge master certification and experience.
- Technical Managers – Technical management experience in offshore projects.
- Field Engineers – Engineering Degree/Diploma with offshore construction or maintenance experience.
- Derrick Crane Operators – Valid Offshore Derrick Crane Operator Certificate and lifting competency certification.
- Marine Mechanics – Marine diesel engine maintenance and repair experience.
- Winch Operators – Valid lifting, rigging, and winch operation certificates.
- Deck Crane Operators – Valid Offshore/Deck Crane Operator certification with marine lifting experience.
- Pipe Fitters – Valid Pipe Fitter certification.
