Eligibility Criteria

Site Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Desalination, RO Plant, Water Treatment, or Utility Projects.
• At least 10 years GCC experience.
• Experience in construction management, piping, pumps, equipment installation, and commissioning.

Senior Site Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in desalination, water treatment, or utility projects.
• GCC experience preferred.
• Experience in piping, pumps, tanks, and mechanical equipment installation.

Mechanical Inspector

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8+ years of QA/QC inspection experience.
• Experience in piping, pumps, tanks, and mechanical equipment.
• GCC experience is mandatory.
• Hydrotest and commissioning experience preferred.

QC Inspector – GRE/GRP

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years GCC experience.
• Experience with GRE/GRP piping systems for desalination, RO plants, and utility projects.
• Knowledge of installation, testing, and inspection.

HSE Officer

• Engineering Graduate preferred.
• Valid NEBOSH IGC certificate (minimum 3 years old).
• Minimum 5+ years GCC experience in desalination, water treatment, utility, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of PTW systems and risk assessment.

Rigging Supervisor

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in industrial, utility, or desalination projects.
• GCC experience mandatory.
• Knowledge of lifting plans, crane operations, load calculations, and critical lifts.

GRE/GRP Supervisor

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in GRE/GRP pipeline installation.
• Experience in desalination plants, RO plants, or utility projects.
• GCC experience mandatory.

Planning Engineer

• Engineering Degree.
• Minimum 5+ years GCC experience.
• Experience in desalination, utility, or water treatment projects.
• Primavera P6 expertise is required.
