Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Age between 22 and 45 years.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence or Indian Four-Wheeler Driving Licence.
- Valid passport and required documents.
- Good driving skills and willingness to work in Dubai.
- Physically fit and able to complete the required training.
For UAE Driving Licence Holders
Candidates who already possess a valid UAE driving licence will receive the following benefits:
- Salary of AED 500 until the Dubai taxi licence is obtained.
- No upfront payment.
- RTA-related fees will be deducted from the monthly salary as per company policy.
For Indian Four-Wheeler Driving Licence Holders
Candidates with an Indian driving licence should note the following:
- Age must be between 22 and 45 years.
- Total cost for Dubai Driving Licence and RTA Induction Training is AED 7,845.
- The amount includes:
- Driving Licence: AED 5,800
- RTA Induction Training: AED 2,045
- The amount will be recovered from the driver’s salary according to company policy.
- During the first three months of training, candidates will receive a minimum salary of AED 500 without deductions.
- Deductions will begin from the 4th to the 6th month as per the company’s recovery plan.
- Upfront payment may be applicable for candidates from certain countries.
