Eligibility Criteria

• ITI, Diploma, or relevant trade qualification.

• Relevant educational and experience certificates.

Job Responsibilities

Electrician

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems.

HVAC Technician (VRF)

• Install, service, and maintain VRF air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and system inspections.

Carpenter

• Perform carpentry work related to maintenance and repair.
• Install, repair, and maintain wooden fixtures, doors, cabinets, and furniture.

Electric Foreman

• Supervise electrical maintenance teams.
• Coordinate daily work activities and ensure project completion.
• Maintain quality and safety standards at the worksite.
