Job Requirements
Maintenance Manager
- Experience in building materials manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Ready Mix, Steel, and Block manufacturing plants.
- Strong maintenance and plant management skills.
Team Leader – Fabrication
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pipe manufacturing industry.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to lead fabrication teams efficiently.
Maintenance Technician
- Experience in Rebar or Steel Factory maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
Shearline Operator
- Hands-on experience operating shearline machines in steel factories.
- Knowledge of machine setup and production operations.
Plant Foreman
- Experience in block manufacturing plants.
- Experience with machinery such as MASA, FRIMA, Henke, Columbia, Zenith, or similar systems is preferred.
DWC Machine Operator
- Experience operating Double Wall Corrugated Pipe (DWC) machines.
- Ability to maintain production quality and efficiency.
HIAB Operator
- Experience operating HIAB trucks in paving blocks or heavy vehicle operations.
- Valid heavy vehicle operating experience is preferred.
