Eligibility Criteria
Mechanical Engineer (HVAC / Plumbing)
Candidates should have:
- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 5–7 years of experience in high-rise building construction projects
- Experience in HVAC systems, plumbing systems, site execution, installation, testing, and commissioning
- UAE construction experience is highly preferred
Electrical Engineer
Applicants should possess:
- BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- 5–7 years of experience in high-rise building projects
- Experience in electrical installation, site supervision, testing, commissioning, and Low Voltage (LV) systems
- UAE experience preferred
Quantity Surveyor (Civil)
Candidates should have:
- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 5–7 years of experience in high-rise building construction
- Experience in quantity surveying, measurement, invoicing, billing, and contract administration
QA/QC Manager
Applicants should possess:
- BE / B.Tech in Engineering
- 8–15 years of experience in QA/QC management for high-rise construction projects
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance systems, inspections, documentation, and compliance
Commercial Manager
Candidates should have:
- BE / B.Tech in Engineering
- 8–15 years of experience in commercial management
- Expertise in contract administration, subcontractor management, cost control, invoicing, and billing
