Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience in the Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, or Industrial sector.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management HR role.
- GCC work experience is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting large-scale EPC projects with a large workforce.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities
HR Manager
- Lead recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Develop HR policies and ensure compliance.
- Manage workforce planning and performance management.
HR Deputy Manager
- Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day HR functions.
- Coordinate recruitment and employee engagement activities.
- Monitor HR documentation and compliance.
HR Officer
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee records.
- Process leave, payroll support, and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee databases and reports.
Admin Officer
- Manage office administration and documentation.
- Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and logistics.
- Support project administration and facility management.
